Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Story Wonders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Story Wonders provides a personalized storybook creation service for personal, non-commercial use. You may create illustrated storybooks featuring your child or children in your care, and download them for personal enjoyment or as gifts.

3. Accounts

You sign in to Story Wonders using Google OAuth. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. User content

You retain ownership of all photos and story prompts you upload to Story Wonders. By uploading content, you grant Story Wonders a limited license to process your photos and prompts solely for the purpose of creating your personalized storybooks.

5. Intellectual property

The illustrations and stories generated by Story Wonders are licensed to you for personal use. Story Wonders retains rights to the underlying technology, models, and platform. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content.

6. Payment

Books are priced at $7.99 each, charged at the time of purchase. You may preview a book before purchasing. All sales are final. Prices may change with notice.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Story Wonders to create content that is harmful, abusive, obscene, or illegal. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying technology of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Story Wonders is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Story Wonders, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Story Wonders, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
